Biography: Hironobu Ihn is a Vice President, Professor, and Chairman of the Department of Dermatology & Plastic Surgery, Faculty Life Sciences at Kumamoto University, Kumamoto, Japan. Qualified with a Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo. (Thesis: The function of transcription factor Sp3 in the transcriptional regulation of the human a2(I) collagen gene). M.D from the University of Tokyo. He is a member of the Japanese Society of Dermatology, Investigative Dermatology, Clinical Immunology, Allergy, Connective tissue Research, Rheumatology, Cosmetic Dermatology, Psoriasis, Skin Cancer and American Academy of Immunologists, American Society for Matrix Biology. He awarded the Rheumatism Foundation Award, Investigative Dermatology Award, Connective Tissue Research Award.
